Looked at a truck that was being serviced so I couldn't drive it. On the way back to the sales persons desk she said we could have more privacy and my kids didn't have to be there. Didn't care for that. Th drive it. On the way back to the sales persons desk she said we could have more privacy and my kids didn't have to be there. Didn't care for that. They wanted me to buy a vehicle I couldn't test drive and when I asked what they would do to back it up if when I came in to pick it something was wrong. Her response was "you bought it's your problem". No thanks. Won't be back. More

I have a red 2015 Chevy Corvette. I brought my car back to this dealership because I had some previous work done and felt that because this was a Chevy dealership they can handle doin I brought my car back to this dealership because I had some previous work done and felt that because this was a Chevy dealership they can handle doing a little body work on my car. I dropped my car off on May 17th. They ordered the wrong parts for my car causing them to delay my car getting fixed. It has now been over 2 months now and I still don’t have my car. When I call to get an update they don’t answer the phone. When they do they don’t give you any answers. Trust and being comfortable with the people you do business with is important and you will not get that at this dealership. More

Terrible customer service I called them about a leveling kit in my truck and got the runaround they told me they would get right back to me and never did ?I called the next day I called them about a leveling kit in my truck and got the runaround they told me they would get right back to me and never did ?I called the next day they told me they would get back to me and never did again?!! I called the third time just to see what they would say even though I was definitely not using them anyway and still never got an answer un believable,I had money in my pocket it’s not in their pocket I’ll guarantee you that!!! That’s enough for me plenty of other places to go to😁 More
