The service was good. It took almost 2 1/2 hours. For an oil change no tire rotation. Luckily I had the day off or I would've been late for work. I was told 9 o'clock. I h It took almost 2 1/2 hours. I had to find the service person to ask how much longer I was told 20 minutes and it was 20 minutes. I've always had good service no timing issues I'll definitely be back. I usually do the shuttle, but I just stayed there cause I didn't think an oil change would take that long More

I took my truck to the Chev dealership in Cambridge and was told the issue with my transmission was because I had a snowplow and the is a bulletin from GM to add a ventilation scoop on the plow to get more was told the issue with my transmission was because I had a snowplow and the is a bulletin from GM to add a ventilation scoop on the plow to get more air to the radiator. So my problem continued and I brought her to merit. They had all the parts ordered and installed under warranty in two days. They also told me Cambridge never even ran a diagnostic on my transmission. Use Merit 100% More
