I have never felt more trusting of a dealership in my life. I felt that they really wanted to understand my needs and my price constraints and supply me with the most cost effective option. We have purchased 3 vehicles from Merit in the past 1-1/2 years. Each time we were treated professionally all thru the process. As with all new vehicles, there can be some things that aren't working right an years. Each time we were treated professionally all thru the process. This was the first time using the body shop and can honestly say that I won't be going anywhere else for my vehicle needs. Merit is a one stop shop and I would highly recommended them to everyone.
