Purchased vehicle in May and have not rec'd tags I purchased a vehicle from Merlex and received temporary tags for 3 months. After 3 months they refused to issue anymore and they still hadn't process I purchased a vehicle from Merlex and received temporary tags for 3 months. After 3 months they refused to issue anymore and they still hadn't processed the paperwork for my permanent tags even though I paid them registration, tags and title fee. It's been 3 days and I can't drive my car and No one knows when I will receive my perm tags. DMV and my credit union have not received the title. I filed a complaint with BBB and hope this issue will get resolved. Customer service is sooo bad. I don't recommend my worst enemy to purchase a vehicle from these people. When I called their parent company, Unique Auto Import, they have the same nasty attitude. One person, Jason Brown, has attempted to help but still to no avail. I will be calling him back today. More

Excellent service at Merlex Auto Group After being skeptical about shopping with a smaller dealership, I was more than pleasantly surprised. Not only did their customer service exceed my ex After being skeptical about shopping with a smaller dealership, I was more than pleasantly surprised. Not only did their customer service exceed my expectations, but they truly took care of my family and I (including my one year old), like we were part of their own! Specifically, we were very impressed with Sean, Collin, and Walter! The main thing that impressed my family and I, and made us lifetime customers, was how they took care of my sister. My sister is visually impaired and has a guide dog that goes with her everywhere. This is not always an easy time, as her dog is a German shepherd and takes up quite the amount of space. They gave them their own space, and even got her dog water, voluntarily. Further, as anyone who has purchased a vehicle with financing knows, it is not the quickest process. However, they were consistent with offering drinks, and any accommodations that they could in order to make us more comfortable and make our experience as smooth as possible. They handled everything very professionally, and impressed us in more ways than one, not to mention that have the most impressive lot out there! We can't wait to come back and purchase another vehicle from them in the future, and will continue to refer them to everyone that we know! More
