Mike Walter asked when could I be available to pick up the Truck. What an excellent way to purchase a car or anything for that matter. Purchased vehicle in May and have not rec'd tags I purchased a vehicle from Merlex and received temporary tags for 3 months. After 3 months they refused to issue anymore and they still hadn't process I purchased a vehicle from Merlex and received temporary tags for 3 months. After 3 months they refused to issue anymore and they still hadn't processed the paperwork for my permanent tags even though I paid them registration, tags and title fee. It's been 3 days and I can't drive my car and No one knows when I will receive my perm tags. DMV and my credit union have not received the title. I filed a complaint with BBB and hope this issue will get resolved. Customer service is sooo bad. I don't recommend my worst enemy to purchase a vehicle from these people. When I called their parent company, Unique Auto Import, they have the same nasty attitude. One person, Jason Brown, has attempted to help but still to no avail. I will be calling him back today. More
