Cherie listened to me spell out exactly what features I did and did not want, and paired me with my new 2019 Ford Escape SEL with EcoBoost in a matter of minutes. I had used their website to do research in advance. Some of the pricing information on the website was not completely accurate. Cherie took the time to explain why the figures were one way on the website and another in person at the dealership. Overall, I believe we came to a price that worked for both parties. I appreciate Cherie taking extra time to make sure the car buying process was as quick and easy as possible. More

Salesman great, website misleading Kirk was great and I would give 5 stars based on my experience with him, but I am giving 3 star due to the misrepresentation of prices on the website. I saw a fireball f150 on the website and it was listed as $33,000. When I get to the dealership the price is actually $58,000. That is an unbelievable lie. I don't care what you have in the fine print. Don't list a truck as something it isn't. Your customer's do not appreciate it and trust me, others will hear about it from me as a result. I will let others know how awesome Kirk is, but the pricing b.s. is unacceptable. More
