Horrible Customer Service My salesman was knowledgeable and did a good job, my finance person was also knowledgeable and helpful, however, management was lacking professionalis My salesman was knowledgeable and did a good job, my finance person was also knowledgeable and helpful, however, management was lacking professionalism and after not coming together on a deal I kindly shook hands and left the dealership, only to have the same manager call my cell phone 10 minutes later and tell me to come back and that he would do the deal we discussed before I left after all. Once I arrived and signed papers, they told me due to situations out of there control they would not be able to do the deal after all but would issue me a check for compensation. Then i find out that the interest rate they quoted me over the phone before i arrived was actually not 1.9% but 2.9% so that made my payment go up $15/month. Again was told there was nothing they could do for me. Then after all that they tell me they found another lender that they could get the correct rate for me. So after sitting for over 5 hours to complete a simple car deal that was basically worked over the phone before I arrived, and being told over 10 times there was nothing they could do for me although they already agreed on paper with me on the rate, term, and additional supplement needed to complete the deal. They did finally get it all right in the end, but it was easily the worst customer service experience I have ever had. If the truck was not such a rare truck that have been searching for, I would not have purchased it. I have only ever drove Ford vehicles my entire life and am still a proud Ford customer, however if this dealership was my only option to purchase my Ford vehicle from I would switch to Dodge or Chevy. More
