Metro Ford of OKC - Service Center

After being a customer for years, I am extremely disappointed with the service at Metro Ford and will NOT be back. The technician did not complete the job and then denied it. I am quite understandin disappointed with the service at Metro Ford and will NOT be back. The technician did not complete the job and then denied it. I am quite understanding when people make mistakes, but when they lie about it, that indicates a serious character issue with both the staff and management. I hope this is posted in your reviews because the integrity of your service department is in serious question and other customers should be aware. Tom Massey More
