we have owned our ford for 10 months we had it in the service center twice for oil changes, both time i was able to schedule on line and got right in the service department people are very professional w service center twice for oil changes, both time i was able to schedule on line and got right in the service department people are very professional will continue using Metro Ford for the life time of my car. I will start by saying that my service writer was good BUT the actual service leaves MUCH to be desired. I made an appointment the week prior for an oil change. When I wrote the description of the work n BUT the actual service leaves MUCH to be desired. I made an appointment the week prior for an oil change. When I wrote the description of the work needed, I included that they needed to reattach the splash shield that THEY never can reattach correctly so it is constantly coming loose. The last time it came loose driving 75 down the turnpike so my husband removed it and placed in my my trunk. I told them where it was and to reinstall it. After waiting for 3.5 hours WITH AN APPOINTMENT, I got to my car and the shield was still in my trunk. They argued with me about putting it on that I needed a new one and I told them that they owe me a new one because they NEVER put it back on correctly and they are the ONLY ones that ever change my oil. After a long discussion they put it back on and within a 5 mile drive it was loose and slapping the bottom of my car again. REDICULOUS!!!! If they can't complete a simple task of reattached the splash guard, it scares me that they are working on an engine!!!!! More

They will sell you a vehicle that will break down after their service department touches it for an oil change. They will sell you a bad car and have no remorse. I appreciate that you offer a shuttle service to get my car and get the oil changed. This service really does help individuals such as myself with low vision issues that sometimes my vision is affected by car and get the oil changed. This service really does help individuals such as myself with low vision issues that sometimes my vision is affected by environmental/ weather related issues which makes it a little more difficult to drive long distances.
