Terrible. They told me my car would be ready by September 22nd its now October 13th and they still can't manage to get me my car. The staff is unfriendly and incompetent and the text updates are completely inadequate. When I try to call I am consistently transferred until I either reach a voice-mail or am simply disconnected. I don't know if this stems from the management or just bad employees but it needs to be fixed. More

They didn't fix what was wrong. They broke a hose and didn't fix it. When I came back to have them fix it they couldn't even loan me a car even. They weren't even apologetic. didn't fix it. This last time I took my car in for service was not the best experience. After submitting a complaint and having to take the issue up the chain then my issue was finally resolved. However, I am not sure I can trust the diagnosis and recommendations based on being told one thing on a Friday and then something different on the next Monday. My vehicle inspection reports for those two days were completely different. This makes me question if the service people are trustworthy and wonder if customers are being taken advantage of. More

I don’t understand why the $145 diagnostic fee is not waived if the customer agrees to have the work done at the dealership. I effectively paid you to use that time to tell me what other work needs to be waived if the customer agrees to have the work done at the dealership. I effectively paid you to use that time to tell me what other work needs to be done on my car. I appreciate the work, but that tacked-on fee is an insult to injury. It completely makes sense if I were to not get the work done at the dealership. More
Had a generally good experience with the body shop, especially Gene. They were repairing my prize gt350 Shelby and, well, it had to be perfect.
