Gene is the manager of the body shop and a first class guy. After my Shelby was repaired from a rear collision and I took it home, I found damage on the front splitter I had not caused. I took my Escape in for a second time for an on going problem with a recently replaced battery. Explained the problem to the service advisor (Kevin), and showed him what I had to do to get the car starte problem with a recently replaced battery. Explained the problem to the service advisor (Kevin), and showed him what I had to do to get the car started. After a few hours Kevin called me at home and said they had found the problem to be a loose ground connection at the battery. Sounded like a good diagnosis to me, Much better than the one the first time I brought it in. Seems to be working fine so far. Thanks to Kevin I feel more confident with the repair. More

I've given them chances in the past to address problems, but they don't get it. I've bought new vehicles at other dealerships. This is a competitive industry. I'll just go and take my family elsewhere. More
