Terrible. They told me my car would be ready by September 22nd its now October 13th and they still can't manage to get me my car. The staff is unfriendly and incompetent and the text updates are completely i 22nd its now October 13th and they still can't manage to get me my car. I don't know if this stems from the management or just bad employees but it needs to be fixed. More

This last time I took my car in for service was not the best experience. After submitting a complaint and having to take the issue up the chain then my issue was finally resolved. However, I am not sure I can trust the diagnosis and recommendations based on being told one thing on a Friday and then something different on the next Monday. My vehicle inspection reports for those two days were completely different. This makes me question if the service people are trustworthy and wonder if customers are being taken advantage of. More
