Excellent service Although my visit took about an hour longer than normal that was due an unexpected flood of customers, I was still out in less than two hours. The waiting room was comfortable and coffee was available. A pleasant surprise was that the work I had done cost less than expected. My car was immaculate after being serviced. I also appreciated the fact that all the employees wore masks and were complying with the latest mandate; safety of customers is important during the pandemic. More

I feel like they need to communicate more with the customers. Then keeping the customers more informed about the ordered parts. They should be the ones who's calling the customer instead of the cust customers. Then keeping the customers more informed about the ordered parts. They should be the ones who's calling the customer instead of the customer having to call them to find out if the part has come in. If you leave your car in for service that day at least they should call you and keep you informed on how it's going, if you're going to be able to get your car at the end of the day, I just feel like that communication is just real bad. I also feel like your phone system is very bad because they play phone tag with you a lot and then they tend to hang up on you. More
