He was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He expediently write up paper work and had me on my way while they diagnosed what problems with the car that I have been having. Within the a couple days they have notified me that they have found the issue and other problems which would be covered by my HONDA CARE warranty. I really appreciate the care and attentiveness that Metro Honda and Elvis the service adviser have given me. Excellent Customer Service I took my car in for an oil change and my service advisor Eric Silva noticed I serviced my car a few weeks ago (replaced cv joints on my 2005 ody) and I took my car in for an oil change and my service advisor Eric Silva noticed I serviced my car a few weeks ago (replaced cv joints on my 2005 ody) and said oil change should have been done at same time.
