Service was fine. I had an appointment at 4:45. I waited in the god forsaken waiting area for one hour and a half for a simple oil change. By the time I finally got the okay to leave the cashier was missing in the god forsaken waiting area for one hour and a half for a simple oil change. By the time I finally got the okay to leave the cashier was missing for another 10 minutes. The waiting room was socially distanced at least even though the coffee machine which I was kinda excited for was unplugged. You need to work on the turnover time. An appointment has a time for a reason. Almost 2 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. More

I absolutely love my sales representative Horatio García he is always very helpful even after buying my car, I know I can still count on him for anything. I’ve leased already 5 vehicles thru Honda Metro NY he is always very helpful even after buying my car, I know I can still count on him for anything. I’ve leased already 5 vehicles thru Honda Metro NY because he has always gone above and beyond to meet my expectations and trust me, I am not so easy to work with but with his kindness and patience he has managed to make me come back after every lease. We go over what I need and what I can’t get and I always come out as a satisfied customer over and over again. Even after me saying I’d like to try something new. Despite the challenges I put him thru he takes his time to always get to know my car needs, helps me get the right fit for family size and budget and does his absolute best each time I go and that’s what makes him successful at what he does best! I have two sisters that leased vehicles thru him as well and have left happy. My rep knows me well and always greets me when I come in so every time I go I know that I am more than just a sale that was made. Their service department which I have been going to for over 10years are amazing too. I don’t trust my car under no other care other than Metro Honda. Gabriel Martins is from the service department is absolutely amazing, he is very polite and helpful always going above and beyond to make sure the customer is completely satisfy. His follow up skills are on point. I appreciate them so much, we are not only customers but family when it comes to them. Our entire family owns a total of 5 Honda vehicles all together and we all service them at metro Honda with confidence. More

Last two times I came as Walk-in and got multi point inspection free along with the oil change which cost $47. It took only 45 mins to get out both times. Today I called ahead and went in with appointm inspection free along with the oil change which cost $47. It took only 45 mins to get out both times. Today I called ahead and went in with appointment of 8.30am. I left the service center at 10.15am. I also was told multi point inspection would cost $150. My cost for Oil change also came to $52 instead of the past $47. Was not a completely pleasant experience. More
