Kaionte was very easy to work with and made the car buying experience pleasant. Unfortunately, I felt like the finance representative was a fast talking, pushy salesman type that I absolutely can’t sta buying experience pleasant. Unfortunately, I felt like the finance representative was a fast talking, pushy salesman type that I absolutely can’t stand. I had questions about my paperwork and additional charges that weren’t previously mentioned to me, and he tried to fast talk me and get me to sign quickly. This undermined my good experience with Kaionte and Metro Mazda. Ultimately, I ended up with a $1,000 maintenance fee that had never been mentioned previously. Very poor to stick it to the customer during signing. More
