We were on a tight schedule, it being 2 days before Christmas and living 4 hours away from Mesquite. Shawn, Lynell, and Will had everything ready to go when we arrived. We were at the dealership for maybe 15 minutes and that included snacks and drinks! I have never seen such great teamwork and commitment to customer service.
