I purchased a pre-owned vehicle on the website and had confirmation of the price but the sales manager said I had to pay for mandatory add-ons and he was "planning to increase the price of the vehicle". confirmation of the price but the sales manager said I had to pay for mandatory add-ons and he was "planning to increase the price of the vehicle". He refused to sell at the "guaranteed price" that was confirmed and tried to sell for several thousand more. After much haggling, charged $800 more than listed and required that the car be financed. After complaining to the upper management weeks later, they agreed to refund difference. Made for a poor purchasing experience and I would avoid doing business here again. On the bright side, our sales rep Jose Garcia was very nice and the finance department was extremely fast and efficient. More

I did not deal with Kaionte. The salesperson who assisted me was Armando and he was great. However, financing was exasperating. I was charged for PPM, VSA, and GAP, none of which were disclosed during financing. (over $4,000) I only found out after the sale when reviewing the partial documents given to me on a zip drive. My digital signature was applied to documents not covered during financing. I was not provided with all the documents related to my purchase and had to request them after the fact. They only gave me page 1 of 3, page 1 of 13, etc. Of course, the missing pages included the instructions on how to cancel the erroneous add-ons they charged me for. Once discovered, I contacted them immediately, informed them that I did not want, nor agree to, the things that were added, instructed them to cancel/refund and of course got the run around. They subsequently supplied me with all the documents related to my purchase and I have followed the instructions for cancelling, which I should not have had to do. This is my 4th Mazda, so I am highly disappointed in this experience. It is very offensive because they kept saying I was such a valued Mazda customer. Really? More
