Parts were not available for fixing the windshield-wiper tank leak. This is a known problem and only for certain VIN numbers. disappointing that whole unit repair was necessary . Motor was still good. This is a design flaw but had to mark down dealer to four stars. More

I took my for the first service since I purchased it back in April, I have put that many miles on, so far around 1,500 miles. When I got there to the Service Department I was greeted by a young lady and she in April, I have put that many miles on, so far around 1,500 miles. When I got there to the Service Department I was greeted by a young lady and she ask for information, then she walked me to the waiting area showing me the different waiting areas and free drinks they offer, she was very nice and polite, then she said that a consultant advisor would be coming over to talk to me about my vehicle, but no one ever showed up. The only one that came to me was Armando who is the salesman who sold me the vehicle back in April, he recognized me and came over to say hi and how everything was, I even mentioned him that I may trade my vehicle for a different model next year and he said he would be more than happy to help. Later on, the young lady at the Service Department came for me and said everything was ready to go, I signed paperwork for the service hand me a copy and walked me to my vehicle, when I got to my vehicle, I was disappointed that they didn't wash my car as promised. It looked like they just used a wet rag and rub it on the vehicle, I can see dirty spots all over the car (I know it's free but come on!). I been to other dealerships where they do a really good job cleaning it up inside and out! Other than that, it was fine, nice new building.! More
