We called and spoke with 1 salesman named Marco and one other that I don’t recall his name? We stated that we had money upfront for the car and knew exactly which one we wanted. We were not called back multiple times and eventually had to speak to the general Manger and finance. Eventually, Will Schmidt, in finance, was extremely helpful and the sale went smoothly and without difficulties. It took less than 24 hours to finish the paperwork. However, due to the way the salesmen treated us, I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. The salesmen are the first people that customers see and we had a horrible impression from the gate. It seemed like a no brainer to me. We didn’t haggle we just asked for the exact car we wanted. These salesman should not be doing what they are doing. They did not portray a willing to help or be of assistance for a very simple sale. More

This dealership has undergone a positive transformation recently. I can’t lie, I used to hate going in for service because it took forever and the environment was not the greatest. I once had to leave my c recently. I can’t lie, I used to hate going in for service because it took forever and the environment was not the greatest. I once had to leave my car for 4 days to get get a simple service and they acted completely put out that I picked up close to closing. However, my last trip was a completely different experience. Everyone went out of their way to offer a greeting and my car was ready in no time. Jose did roast me for waiting so long to come in but I’ll let that slide. ;) More
