Hello Good Afternoon I am sorry that you received incorrect information. the way the service maintenance works is basically the 1st 2 oil changes is completely free to you and they have to be claim here because is a complementary service that comes from the dealer as appreciation for buying the vehicle from us . looks like you purchase a maintenance plan that cover a total of 8 services that can be claim at any Mazda that is currently participating with the MFS STRATUS, as far as I know all the dfw dealer are enroll on that program, If you have any other questions I will be more then happy to advise you.
