I'm very disappointed with the service department. I received a gift card only to be used in the service department. I kept on receiving emails that it was due to expire soon, today I decided what t I received a gift card only to be used in the service department. I kept on receiving emails that it was due to expire soon, today I decided what the heck I would use it and scheduled for my car to be serviced. All I needed was to have an oil change, fluids topped and a tire rotation. From the small print that I read on the email I knew it wouldn't cover the tire rotation, but for it not to cover the oil change because it wasn't considered a service is just wrong, in my opinion. ***FROM THE EMAIL*** *General Terms and Conditions Not redeemable for cash. Card expires August 31, 2023. Valid in our Service Department for only one transaction at Metro Nissan of Montclair.
