We purchased a Toyota Camry from Metro Toyota about 3 years ago. The sales consultant we dealt with was Tedd Shipp. The overall buying experience was so positive that we decided that if we ever purchased years ago. Tedd Shipp has kept in touch with us over years by mail, e-mail, and by phone. He truly understood the importance of relationship marketing. This time around, when we were out looking for an SUV, we seriously considered Metro Toyota and contacted Tedd Shipp about our intention. At first we looked for a RAV4 XLE but later realized it did not have the special feature we were looking for. Tedd Shipp showed us the Limited version and although it was a bit more expensive, he showed to us that it was affordable given the promotional rate offered by Toyota Finance. In the end, we decided to purchase the vehicle. Tedd has been very helpful in assisting us from beginning to the end. We were very impressed. We had a very good experience with Metro/Tedd Shipp. We had one very minor snag with the paperwork in that we had to make a return trip after the purchase was final. I went to Metro to purchase a new car. My only "must haves" were AWD and 6 cylinders so there were many cars to choose from. She took time with me, let me drive several vehicles (many that had to be dug out of the snow!) and really help educate me on all the different options and accessories so I could "build" my ideal car. I ended up staying with in my budget and getting a brand new car with all the bells and whistles that I wanted. I was shocked that I didn't have to "settle" to still meet my budget. The whole process was easy and painless (at least for me) and I felt like a valued customer who needs were taken seriously. I have recommended Metro to all my family and friends. I have been utilizing Metro for service for the past year and have always been pleased with those experiences as well. More

My experience was very pleasant. Ken Karakula was extremely friendly and was willing to help me in anyway that he could. My wife and I just purchased a 2013 Camry se with only 6,300 miles on it from Metro Toyota. Our sales person Ted Ship was low pressure and accommodating. The same can be said for Jon in financing. WE needed an auto that would go though the deep snow, give us room for our dogs(when they go along)and gear, AND give us fuel milage we wanted at a price we wanted. Metro Toyota filled that need!.
