I was in a car accident ... a car slammed into my back end and suddenly the auto was totalled, and I was forced to purchase a new car. I had owned three Toyotas before, so staying with Toyota seemed a na end and suddenly the auto was totalled, and I was forced to purchase a new car. I was still pretty shaken by the accident when I arrived at Metro Toyota twenty minutes after they closed on a Saturday! There were still a few salesman in the showroom, and they opened the door for me. I was greeted by Hugh Darwiche ... who was very friendly -- and understanding. He guided me in my selection but never put any pressure on me ... which I greatly appreciated. I remember Hugh saying, "Maybe something good will come out of this (the accident). I mean, not buying a new car ... but something good." That struck a chord and was ressuring. So, I not only appreciated his advice on a new car, but his friendship as well! Hugh is a new salesman but I am confident he is going to be a great one. His easy-going manner makes looking buying a car a lot less stressful! More

I bought a toyota from a different dealer a few years back but always brought it to Metro for maintenance. My car was recently totaled and I came in to find the same model of car, used, so i could afford back but always brought it to Metro for maintenance. I was very impressed wit hthe level of customer service i received during this whole ordeal. a car i desperately wanted was held for me for several days while i waited for the insurance company to deal with the other one. I was also called regularly (but not too much) to check up on the situation. I love my 08 prius jut as much as the one i had. i will definitely recommend Metro Toyota to anyone i know interested in purchasing a vehicle! More

Without good sales people even the best car's reputation can be damaged to the point where the buyer may shy away from buying. Ken and his constituents put a positive face on the buying experience. Not afraid to say I don't know, but I will find out. The sales and service personnel answered all our questions on the Prius we were looking at and the history of the car in general. Ken got me a fair price on my trade in and made it hard to say no to the deal. No buyers remorse here as the car surprises me more every page I read in the owners manual. Toyota's as their people are a class act and a reminder to others what a little hard work and pride can do for a reputation be it a car or a person. I didn't expect a free car when I chose to buy but a quality car. Ken, Jon, and the service dept will help you have the same experience I had. Thanks for the loaner while mine was being detailed. It's little things like that keep me coming back for more. More
