I must have tested 20 cars in the last few years and Ken has been always friendly, helpful and insightful all this time. He never tried to push me to buy a car and always gave me tips on each car that I have tested. Very knowledgeable. Very Toyota oriented. I have never owned a Toyota and he convinced me that if reliability is what I am looking for than the Camry is the car I want. Ken has also been very helpful with replacing the engine air filter and the air cabin filter with new ones on the used car I just bought and helped me with getting a trunk mat.
