Great Place to Shop I had an older Rav 4 and my husband and I decided to see about trading it in for a new 2020 Rav 4. We originally shopped locally where we live; howev I had an older Rav 4 and my husband and I decided to see about trading it in for a new 2020 Rav 4. We originally shopped locally where we live; however, didn't feel the warm personality and knowledge about the vehicle overall, nor the selection of vehicle for what I wanted, nor the price. So I checked on line and my husband and I decided to try Metro Toyota and hooked up with Tim Robertson. He was very personable and we felt he had our interests at heart for what we wanted. After test driving a couple vehicles and price, we were still not quite sure. Suddenly after searching the lot more found one that pretty much fit what we wanted on it except for a couple of things. Tim told us the extra things we wanted might be on the semi that just had come in. Sure enough.....the perfect one in the color I wanted and accessories were there! Tim and his staff made the transition a great one and we LOVE the new 2020 Rav 4 XLE in the new Lunar Rock color!!!!! They were great to work with including the finance manager. More

I don't know if my service is always great because I got to know some staff over the years but Scott Pugsley and Tyler Tufts are always a great person to work with. I've got to know Scott over the past few months with routine maintenance and maintenance. He always tends to remember what type of car I drive and know what kind of maintenance I need. Gets me in and out within 5 mins and will always be done with my car in under 2 hours. Great group of people overall as well still working safely and efficiently during the COVID-19 lockdown. More
