The whole experience went so smoothly and the knowledge of both men on our vehicle and how to go about purchasing it couldn't have been better. We had bought a 2004 Highlander new in Grand Rapids and not here in our home town because of a bad experience at this dealership. We decided to give them another chance and are so happy for the changes they have made to make it such a pleasant and attentive experience. Terry went out of his way to accommodate me with extras that I wanted such as rust proofing the underside and applying paint protection within 2 days of my purchasing the vehicle. He ordered in door seals and a rear bumper protector, which were installed 3 days later. Terry handled everything associated with my purchase with efficiency. It didn't hurt that he is also a gentleman and a scholar. Joe Lawrence worked on the financing for my purchase. He made the whole process easy, and was very efficient. I stopped by Friday night to look at the vehicle, and went into buy it on Saturday morning, This was probably one of the easiest transactions I ever made. More
