Yesterday I picked up a new 4Ru I have been dealing with Metro Toyota for decades. All of my experiences in service and sales have been outstanding. Yesterday I picked up a new 4Runner. Terry, my sales representative found exactly the vehicle I was looking for. We spent nearly an hour together going over the "bells and whistles" of the new 4Runner. Terry was great. I also had an excellent experience with Zeb doing the paper work necessary for a new purchase. I can't imagine a more professional yet friendly group to work with. We had been looking around for the new 2017 Highlander SE, in black and Tim was able to locate just what we wanted. Mike Disher, showed us a great selection of used vehicles, patiently stayed after hours to make sure that all our questions were answered, our selection was made, and the transaction was in process. We had a great experience with the financial manager Dustin Knaggs, help from very professional and friendly Tedd Shipp, infinite patience from Tony McAdam and an excellent detailing from the service group. Less than 24 hours after we first stepped on the lot, we drove away in our new car. We couldn't have had a better experience, and are thrilled with our purchase. More
