Upon completion of the sale, he made sure to let me know that we could reach out to him at any point with any questions, which proved to me that he was not just interested in making a sale, but seemed genuinely interested in making sure we we remain happy with our purchase long after signing the paperwork. Excellent experience This was our first time at this dealership but not our first time purchasing a vehicle outside of Indiana and at least a 2 1/2 hour drive from home. Blane was very courteous and we were impressed that when we arrived, he had the truck we wanted to test drive parked near the front door and he was waiting outside to greet us. After our test drive he even showed my husband a few features about the truck that we were not aware of.
