We went to several Toyota dealerships before going to Metro Toyota to look at a particular SUV we had viewed on line. It did not have a couple of features that were "must haves". Dan Taylor listened to what we said and, perhaps more importantly, didn't say. He showed us several used SUV's, offered his opinion when asked, and was knowledgeable without being pushy. Since both of us find shopping for a new car more of a chore than an enjoyable experience, Dan's approach was greatly appreciated. The Used Vehicle Sales Manager, Chirs Wertanen, also made us feel like our business was important. Jon Griffith took us through the financing end of the transaction smoothly and answered any questions we had. When it is time to purchase another vehicle, we will definitely return to Metro Toyota. Friendly and Professional We recently were in need of a new vehicle and saw Metro Toyota's online ad for a Toyota Tacoma. We decided to take a look at the truck. Upon pulling We recently were in need of a new vehicle and saw Metro Toyota's online ad for a Toyota Tacoma. We decided to take a look at the truck. Upon pulling into the lot, we were not swarmed with salespeople like you might find at other dealerships, which was a breath of fresh air. After looking over the outside of the Tacoma, TCUV Sales Consultant Tedd Shipp came to us to see if we needed any help or any questions answered. After discussing our needs and what we were interested in, Mr. Shipp gathered the keys to the truck and allowed us to test drive the vehicle. Of course we instantly fell in love with the truck. We decided to go forward with the purchase, and were guided along the process of buying a new vehicle with ease. Tedd made sure to keep us informed in every discussion he was having with the Sales Manager, and knocked a substantial amount off the asking price of the vehicle. On top of that, we had planned on trading in our current vehicle toward the purchase of the truck. The Sales Manager at Metro Toyota even offered us a higher trade value for our current vehicle than what we had moments before agreed to as fair. That alone speaks volumes on their collective thinking toward the general consumer. After agreeing on a final price, we sat down with Jon Griffith in Financing. Jon made financing fun and interesting, which helped break up the monotony of repetitive signing. Other than a slight hiccup with the insurance company--save for another story--we couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience! The entire process went smooth, quick and easy. We arrived at the dealership at 10:15am with a rust bucket and left the dealership with an immaculate 2017 truck by 1:30pm. More

He contacted us immediately providing detail on the vehicle and the process. We weren't able to get to the dealership until the weekend. When we arrived, 9:30 in the morning, they don't normally open until 10, he had the vehicle ready, warmed and waiting for us. While test driving, they looked over our trade and were ready to deal when we returned. We were out in about an hour with a new to us vehicle. After getting it home a day or so later noticed the back door wouldn't lock electronically. We contacted Ken, made arrangements with the service department and the issue taken care of at our convenience. Ken, as well as the service group were very professional and responsive. Would definitely consider purchasing from him again. More
