For years we worked with a fantastic sales associate that recently retired. We were a bit concerned about moving to a new associate but after this most recent experience - we have found a new, fantastic Salesman. Dan Taylor proved to be as exceptional as our previous sales associate and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. Dan was low pressure and was super easy to work with. Great experience buying used Tundra Even after I agreed to purchase a used Toyota Tundra (new trade-in), Metro did a full inspection and performed the 90,000 mile service. They replaced the oxygen sensor, water pump, drive train fluids, etc. Also fixed a window latch and other items not on routine schedule. Great experience. They take the long-term view of satisfied customers who will return when pleased, rather than a short-term view of instant high profit, but unhappy customers. I definitely highly recommend this dealership and salesperson Dave Gugle. More

They never Fail!! This is the 3rd Toyota I've bought from Metro. I've lived in Lansing and bought 2 Camry's from them. They really work for their customers! I cannot say enough good about our sales person, Tedd. He was exceptional in my opinion. He got me a lot more car for my money than I anticipated by far. What more can I say, we did business by phone, he checked and rechecked every detail and I picked up a beautiful Camry SE for a price I could afford. This car is leased and I plan to by a new XLE in a couple of years. But I have a beautiful 'fill in' auto. If I could hug it I would!! I was so excited I've forgotten the names of the Finance Guy and didn't meet any of the others but he was cool too. More
