First dealer I've ever returned to. I bought a used GM vehicle before from Ken a number of years ago, and when I needed a new car I stopped to look at another on the lot. Dealing with Ke I bought a used GM vehicle before from Ken a number of years ago, and when I needed a new car I stopped to look at another on the lot. Dealing with Ken was great the first time and so I asked for him again. I had been looking at several different makes from several different dealers and I really do not enjoy the 'sales pitches' or dealing with the car salespeople. Ken was easy going and no pressure and made the buying experience the least stressful I've ever had. That's why I ultimately moved up in vehicle price and even bought a Toyota. It was my first foreign purchase since the 1980's and it is also the first time I've purchased a second vehicle from any salesman. That says a lot for me. Something I've never done is recommend a dealer or salesman, I feel confident in doing so with Ken. More

The vehicle I was interested in was just taken in on trade and therefore had not been through Metro's inspection yet. The issues I found were quickly repaired and the deal went through smoothly. I was even given a loan vehicle for the day. I would definitely recommend Metro Toyota used car sales for anyone looking for a quality used vehicle. More
