Ken had worked with me over email, text and phone calls. Ken was very patient with me and my bank. Ken responded back with text, calls and emails very fast. It took over two weeks until all the paper work went through. Ken kept me updated about the vehicle. The best part was going to get the vehicle . I live in Wisconsin and was going to purchase the vehicle. Knowing I was running late and our time zones were different, I knew that when I reach the dealership they would be closed. I told Ken the issue over the phone. Ken pulled some strings and waited for me until I reached the dealership during the after hours. I love the vehicle . Ken did a great job! Very Professional-great service! We were looking for a reliable pre-owned vehicle and found the car that we wanted online. Dan went above and beyond to get the car repaired and ready for our purchase. I can't recommend him highly enough. He was fair, honest, and extremely helpful. Because the repair was going to take an extra day, Chris Wertanen lowered the agreed upon price to offset the price we we would pay to extend our rental car. Jon Griffith took care of all of the final paperwork when we went to pick up the car. He was very professional and everything was handled quickly and we were in our way. We had been to a competitor to test drive a few similar makes and models, and were expecting the same showy/gimmicky salesmanship we've encountered at other dealerships. Thankfully, this is not what we experienced at Metro. We base our big buying decisions on facts and logic and try to leave small talk and emotions out of it. So, when we sat down at Terry's desk and he pulled out the auto issue of Consumer Reports (the very one we had been referencing for our car shopping), we knew we were in good hands. We took the most comprehensive and explanatory test drive we've ever had, and felt fully informed about all the features that the Rav-4 offers. Since we had our 5 month old baby with us, we were very happy with how quickly and easily we were able to wrap things up when it came time to buy. We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great, straight-forward and honest car buying experience! More
