The turning point was when he asked if wanted to drive, I said yes. I am so glad I agreed because the car had everything else I was looking for, that was more important than the style and color I wanted. With this being my first time buying a car from a dealership I couldn’t have asked for a better sales person. My experience was a breeze and a walk in the park. Not once did I feel like Ryan was trying to force me to buy the car. Ryan’s communication skills are beyond excellent. Ryan please keep up the great work!!! Ryan St. Clair and Jon Griffith are the best!! In October 2018, we leased a 2018 Rav4 with Ryan St. Clair being our salesman. In February of 2020, we were in for service and we contacted Ryan to s In October 2018, we leased a 2018 Rav4 with Ryan St. Clair being our salesman. In February of 2020, we were in for service and we contacted Ryan to say hello and maybe look into another vehicle. Well long story short, we left that day with an agreement for a 2017 Highlander. Ryan knows that my favorite car is the Highlander and he just happened to have one on the lot to be purchased. Let me tell you that this Highlander had all the bells and whistles and a hitch. Ryan went out of his way to help us return the Rav4 early and purchase the Highlander. He then turned us over to Jon Griffith who did an outstanding job getting us the finance needed for this purchase. Jon worked with our Credit Union to get us the best rate possible (better than we first thought). Ryan is a delight to work with and we would highly recommend him and Jon anytime you need to make a purchase. This is our 4th purchase from Metro. More

Sad to see my Jeep at twice the amount of what we we given as a trade in. I had a warranty option that we purchased.
