I went in with a budget in mind and they worked with me to first determine if I was going to lease or bu I never felt pressured to buy a specific car. I went in with a budget in mind and they worked with me to first determine if I was going to lease or buy and then worked with my budget to make sure I got the extras they thought were important and stayed with cars within my budget. I was able to test drive the cars I were interested in and they worked to give me the payments of the three cars I was interested in so I knew which would be best for me. Every car dealer is pushy, but I didn't feel like I had to make a decision that day. I told them I needed to sleep on it and think about it and I wasn't followed out the door and wasn't persuaded or pushed to buy a car that day. Overall it was a better experience than other car dealers I have been to. They really do want to sell you a car because they believe in the quality of the car not just because they want to sell any car (at least that is what it seemed like) I worked with Tedd to find my car and it was a great experience and I love my new car! Will helped me with the finances after I decided on a car and he was very friendly and made the process smooth and easy. He did what he could to try and keep up in our budget while working with the bank. More
