Reasons I Return to Herb Connolly Acura 1. It is quick and easy to make an appointment. 2. They call and email to remind you. 3. The waiting area is conducive to working .. I call it worki 1. The service technician/manager I deal with regularly is professional, friendly, efficient and explains everything to me. He always uses coupons to lower the bill as much as possible. 5. I am greeted cheerfully every time. 6. Service is done correctly; car washed and vac'd. 7. I see the salesperson who sold me the car and he remembers me. He recently became the sales manager. When he told me this, he said, "so I can take even better care of you".. I said "I intend to drive this car for a long time"..He didn't miss a beat, he said "I intend to have this job for a long time." Perfect response. 8. Free Starbucks coffee is nice. The buying experience was a pleasure and the maintenance experience is a pleasure- I have no need to go anywhere else. More

Great Experience, Aaron gets an A+ I recently traded in my 2004 TL for a 2013 TL from the Herb Connolly Acura in Framingham. We had done our research, and I was pretty motivated to purc I recently traded in my 2004 TL for a 2013 TL from the Herb Connolly Acura in Framingham. We had done our research, and I was pretty motivated to purchase the vehicle on the same day. However, I didn't realized the dealership had closed an hour earlier. Aaron had a great attitude- regardless of being closed- he was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to take us for a test drive and move forward with paperwork and making the deposit. The whole dealership ran smoothly between sales and financing. We seamlessly went from one stage to the next. We had our boys with us since it was a long weekend. They hung out in the lounge, drank hot chocolate and watched the sox while we did paperwork. It was overall a very stress-free, easy going experience. James did a great job with our financing and trade-in. I was super impressed with the dealership. The whole crew seemed friendly and approachable. It looks like they have succeeded in creating a comfortable environment for staff and customers. Plus, I really love my new car! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to a friend and my husband is looking to upgrade his vehicle soon. If he has any sense, he will trade in for an Acura and hopefully not a VW. More
