They let the cars speak for themselves, and our previously owned Acura MDX spoke volumes during the test drives. It said, "If you like me, buy me." We did, and we did. Sales and Leasing Consultant Julie Campos was our lead contact and guided us through the whole process. She was terrific, and personified the no-pressure approach to selling cars. Others on the sales staff and in the finance dept. asked if we needed anything in the way of snacks. Nice to see also was the staff's way of making our dog, a female Tibetan Terrier, welcome. And she reciprocated with kisses. We were given permission to accompany her on the test drives, and she wagged her tail in approval. We love the car. Thank you all. More

My favorite Acura dealer service I went there for a leaking tire. Not only they fixed it for just $19.99, they also detected the chirping noise in timing belt and fixed it for free. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation I just purchased my max in November 2014 and didn't anticipate needing to put front breaks on so soon. I purchased the car with 38,000 miles and assumed that the car was in safe driving condition but come to find out after driving for a year my battery needed to be replaced and my front breaks were replaced. I have owned a previous Acura and it's a great car, so I wanted to continue with a car I was familiar with, I believe you should service and replace the thing that would typically need to be replaced when selling a used car, The service was great but I was shocked that the car would need such an expensive service after 14,000 miles. Problem with service visit -- but resolved well After being prompted by my dashboard to have a "B3" servicing done, I made an appointment with Herb Connolly Acura. It was my first visit there, as After being prompted by my dashboard to have a "B3" servicing done, I made an appointment with Herb Connolly Acura. It was my first visit there, as I recently moved from New Jersey. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and by coincidence, I had just received a servicing discount coupon in the mail. The servicing was done on schedule. The customer service agent (Jake Clew) was friendly and helpful, and he gave my car a clean bill of health. Unfortunately, when I pulled away from the dealership and braked on Route 9, I heard a loud grinding noise coming from the right front wheel -- a noise I had never heard before. I drove back to the dealership and reported the issue. After a 1 1/2 hour wait and some contradictory information about my car (which I vehemently disputed), Jake told me that they hadn't been able to resolve the problem and would need the intervention of the service manager (Jim Brown), who was out that afternoon. I was given a loaner overnight, which I appreciated. The next day was a long one, with multiple back-and-forth calls. But by late afternoon, the service team had identified and solved the issue, which related to rotating a replacement wheel (from a years-ago encounter with a pothole) onto the front of the car. It was a frustrating situation for all, but no one's fault, and it was resolved by returning the replacement wheel to the back of the car. All in all, it was a difficult and stressful situation arising from what should have been a routine maintenance visit. But I appreciated how Jim and Jake stayed on the case, rightly giving the benefit of the doubt to a new customer and pursuing the cause of the new problem until it was identified and rectified. Despite the unexpected hassles, I'll go back because of the way Jim and Jake handled the issue. More

All issues were resolved to my satisfaction. This department led by Jim Brown, Service Manager, is professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I always leave a happy customer. More

My experience with the Herb Connolly Acura has been the best. Service scheduling: Exceptional. The polite lady called me several times just to find the most convenient time for me. She just seemed eager and valued repeat customers more than others. Unfortunately I do not know her name. That is the reason that although there is an Acura dealership in Walpole, I decided to travel to Framingham. Service: Great experience. Kevin was great and offered a loaner car without prior notice, as the service took about 2 to 3 hours. In all my previous experiences with Infinity, Audi or other dealerships, I would have to either reserve a loaner or just wait. I would strongly recommend Herb Connolly service department. More
