Perfect results I was having battery issues with my Acura TL, needed a few jump starts over the sub zero weekend. Assumed I needed a new battery and wife just said "g I was having battery issues with my Acura TL, needed a few jump starts over the sub zero weekend. Assumed I needed a new battery and wife just said "go to Sears, it's closer" I decided no, I will go to the dealer I purchased my car from back in September. Great choice!! They had a coupon for 139.99 for a similar battery that was on sale at Sears. When I arrived my service adviser Kevin Hagerty met with me, went over my options, and informed me my Battery was still under factory warranty. My car got a brand new battery, a car wash and vacuum for $0. They were cordial, on time ( based on my appt) informed me of an upcoming recall and just made for what should and usually is a miserable experience into a delightful service visit. Will definetlty be back even though they are 25 miles away . Will be shopping for a newer car for my wife this summer and will most likely return to purchase from Herb Connolly. Can't say enough positives about this dealership!!! More

Looking for a new car, not sure SUV or passenger sedan I had a 2005 TL and although there was some body damage, the engine ran like a top. I wanted another Acura, but wasn't sure whether it would be another sedan or an SUV. I was disappointed when I heard they had done away with the TL. I went to Herb Connolly Acura and was treated very well. Test drove an RDX. Sat down to crunch the numbers. Was shocked when they asked that if we came to an agreement would I take the car today. Because I didn't have the title with me, had to come back two days later. The best experience I have had buying a car. More
