Excellence I have owned my Acura since 2006 and continue to service at the Herb Connolly Acura from State Inspections to major service. Service and Sales Reps I have owned my Acura since 2006 and continue to service at the Herb Connolly Acura from State Inspections to major service. Service and Sales Reps are always professional, respectful and responsive to customers. They go out of their way to make owners feel welcome and that their concerns and car needs are important. If car will be in servicing for 1/2 day or more, a loaner is provided or a ride to & from place where owner needs to go. The dealership has a heated car entry & provide wi-fi, snacks, coffee & other beverages in a comfortable, nicely furnished and warm waiting area. Every inch of the dealership from the rest rooms, service garage to the waiting and sales areas is always clean. After or while service is being done on the car the Service Rep provides info and/or a report to customers of recommended current and upcoming servicing that should be done on the vehicle to maintain safe driving and care of the car. Urgent & scare tactics are never used and any service recommendations come with a expert commentary of what owner probably should do in order of importance and a time frame of when owner should address issue (right away, 1-3 mos, 6-9 mos or 1-2 yrs) to maintain safety, avoid damage to car or a break down. For major servicing, a discount is often offered, which is very helpful for budgeting. I love my Acura MDX and I love the dealership. I have even gotten my parents to each buy an Acura (switching over from Hondas, Toyotas & Lexus) because of the reliability of the SUVs and 'Best of Practices in Customer Service' and hassle free sales & service process and experience that Herb Connolly excels at. More

The service manager, Jim Brown, is a 10 in customer service. He returned my call promptly, booked my appointment, and assured me they would be waiting for me. From the moment I walked in, Jake in service, and Paul, the service tech, made me feel like I was their only customer. They assured me I'd not leave until they diagnosed the issue, and that they did.
