Since we moved, it is now a schelp but it is well worth it. I always feel that my vehicle is being taken care of and the service team is great about communicating and changes/updates that impact cost and/or timing. They have a clean and spacious waiting area and wash your car after service - both things that I took for granted in our previous state but really appreciate having. I wish it wasn't so expensive to maintain a vehicle, but I appreciate the quality of Acura and will find it hard to stray. More
Acrura 3.5RL - Safety item - SRS light staing on Service was great. 4 reminders in two days of appointment was more than needed. 7 am appt - doors opened on time and I was expected. I was a "Wait for complete" schedule - issue on dealer side with backup of other commitments. Service Manager immediately offered me a loaner. Car was cleaned post-service. Overall - Great Service. The salespeople were close enough to be attentive and supportive, but far enough not to be stifling or hovering! I purchased my first Acura from the same dealership. Service Department They have the best Customer Service. They take you in ASAP if you have an emergency with your car and provide you with a loaner to do your errands.
