Cindy, Jacob and team have been more than helpful, insuring our older MDX's are taken care of. We have a 2003 MDX that has over 200K a 2006 MDX that has over 145K and both are running great! The preventive maintenance and proactive guidance from the team has been outstanding. We would not have our Acura's this long if it were not for this level of service. Thank you! More
Pleasant buying experience. Purchased a used Subaru from Herb Connolly. We knew going in that it was the car we wanted since we were replacing another Subaru that was damaged in an accident. The price was fair and our sales associate (Jimmy Goon) was very pleasant and not at all high pressure. A problem arose when it was discovered that the title was missing and it would be a couple of weeks for a new one to be issued. They provided us with a brand new Acura as a loaner which I didn't want to give back- problem solved. When we finally picked the car up, it looked terrific. They had really done a great job detailing the car which is important to me since I am a bit of a fanatic about a clean car. The paperwork process was not complicated and well explained by the business manager James. All in all a pleasant experience. I've worked in customer service for over 25 years and have learned that its easy to work with customers when everything goes as it should. You earn your stripes by knowing how to handle situations that are unexpected. The title problem was a perfect example of this and couldn't have been handled better. Thank you for your professionalism! More

I had a major electrical issue in which my 06 TL was draining power from the battery, a new battery, which causes periodic issues of the car not starting. You folks fixed this issue for me so thank you. However, I must say I spent $900. That is right, $900. I now find that part of the panel on the drivers side door is basically falling off. Whoever put it back together did a very shotty job on this piece of the equation. I am too lazy to go back to have it fixed and will just use superglue or something. Overall though I was pleased with my experience. Please however, have your employees double check each part of the project they are working on and not cut corners. Also overheard other customers being attempted to be upsold with unnecessary add-ons so that was a turn off to have to listen to. More

Cindy worked to help me anyway she could and made me feel like my business was truly valued. A rarity in car servicing these days. I plan to start to bringing my Honda here for service after 7 1/2 years of great experience with my Acura. More
