I sincerely regret that this happened. It was entirely my fault as I had assumed the Acura Certification implied no accident history at all. The Certification requires extensive checks to qualify with Acura and they stand behind their Certified vehicles quality and value. There was no structural damage or airbag deployment. It is never our intention to have customers come in to the store without complete, correct information. We have taken steps to ensure that this will not happen again. We do apologize for your problems and take service quality very seriously. We have had the Service Manager review the problems and contact you as you've noted. The extended warranty does provide a very high level of coverage for the vehicle, however regular maintenance items (belts, hoses, tires, brake pads & rotors, etc) are not covered and would be the owner's responsibility.
