Recently we found [TSB 08-057] HandsFreeLink (HFL) Doesn't Work SYMPTOM The HandsFreeLink (HFL) system doesn’t work, and the battery sometimes won’t start the vehicle from Acura. TSB said: In warranty: The normal warranty applies. Our first complaint about the drain was during warranty. After initial review here which got managers' attention, dealership replace the unit for free. That increased my rating and return trust. More

No one cared that I drove there for nothing cause this car, like most of there stock, had a accident. Mangers sat on there buts and said oh sorry, here go see this one instead. Not in your lifetime. After a week the dealership finally sent the payoff check for my trade in to my credit union. I will not refer my family or friends to ever come to Herb Connolly. Only good thing I got out of it was my Acura ILX. STAY AWAY FROM HERB CONNOLLY ACURA. More

used Toyota from acura dealer.. bad idea I bought my 2005 Toyota Camry from the framingham location back in April 2014. In just over 60 days, I had to replace the serpentine belt. There was no leniency in being so close to the 60 day mandatory warranty. Flash forward to December, and my car has a leaking oil pan and misfiring cylinder. I purchased the platinum extended warranty to give me peace of mind, serpentine belt not covered. Any time I call them about a problem, they like to remind me that they are an acura dealer, and don't typically work on Toyotas. I guess that is why mine was left in poor condition when sold to me. One of the salesmen was very rude about my concerns when I had to bring the car in, telling me "well it is a used car." Yes, a used car that cost over 10k. Dennis was helpful through the sales period, but after the deal was closed, refused to accept or return any of my phone calls. Why was I sold an extended warranty on a car you don't want to service? There was also little to no negotiations on the price as they would not give an inch. *As an update, the service manager Mr. Brown contacted me following my review. He was pleasant and expressed sympathy for my car troubles. Mr. Brown investigated my warranty to make an attempt to find some possible coverage, but unfortunately informed me that again I could not be covered. He did provide an explanation with examples of other things that could be covered. Car has been fixed at IRA Toyota. More
