MetroWest Acura responded

While we do strive to please every customer there is no way to completely satisfy everyone with the entire car buying process. The customer makes a number of valid points and each one has been reviewed with the individual employees involved. I can assure not only this customer but anyone else who choses to do business here that there are a number of steps that have been taken to insure that mistakes, and miscommunication does not happen to this magnitude. There were a couple of issues that were exacerbated by the fact that newer employees were handling an out of state transaction for the first time along with the fact that the client provided some inaccurate information on the credit application as the letters he received stated. Ultimately, I take full responsibility for the lack of communication and for not seeing that everything was followed through with correctly in regards to registration, insurance and the service appointment that followed after delivery. My only correspondence in this particular instance was once we agreed on the numbers and after this review was posted. Had I been made aware sooner I would have immediately gotten involved. In the end I am happy that this client is happy with the vehicle, and the deal that they received regardless of the mishaps that occurred along the way. Unfortunately, I am not able to turn back time to prevent them but we can get better moving forward to make sure these things do not happen in the future. Sincerely, Neil Finch Sales Manager
