First I called to schedule my service and they schedule wrong date. I received the text msg and I called to reschedule and the person told me at phone it was okay, but did not put in the system. So when i arrived there, the first impression was that good and the person from service told me I have no appointment and they can not do my service and detailing in one day... So I did not like. After that I could talk to the manager and He helped and could give me the car in the same day. Well, I just went there because of cupom. Maybe I give them one more change or I get back to my old dealer. I will think!! More

Great service! I came in for a recall on my airbag. Like everyone else out there I don't have time to sit around and wait for the service to be done.
