Poor Seevice The entire sales process was poorly managed. We waited around at every point during the sale process including when we tried to pick up the vehicle. The entire sales process was poorly managed. We waited around at every point during the sale process including when we tried to pick up the vehicle. The sales person was poorly informed on car features and was the only one around to take plates off the trade in. This took an hour. There was no communication back to us about how the car would be registered and inspected. We were asked to bring the car back after we picked it up to have it inspected. We waited 2 hrs. More
