Buying a car is stressful. Finding a car is super difficult. It’s probably the most stressful thing I have experienced in my entire life. However, I am SOOOO thankful of the team I had over at Herb Connolly Acura. Dennis, Ethan and Kaitlyn are the best team I could have asked for. I mean they dealt with my pickyness and all of my question (trust me there were over 1000) and really made me feel comfortable at all times. Before buying a car, I was told that the most stressful part is the sales team and how they come after you hard just for your money. Not once through this entire 2-3 week process did they ever make me feel like that. They were honest with me and up-front and ready I answer my questions even at 10 pm on a Friday night. If it wasn’t for this team, I would still be stressed about the car I was driving and how I never believed getting a car was possible. I am so thankful for them. So if you go there make sure you 100% ask for them if you want a less stressful, actually pleasant experience in a situation that isn’t always like that. More

They had awesome TV and a refreshment table galore every time I looked there was someone smiling & waving at me and making sure I was OK I loved it the car was picked out, the paperwork was being file and I wasn’t sitting around scared and nervous I was happy and the staff made sure it stayed that way. Shout out to Ethan John and Catherine they were the best thanks for the awesome car!!!! More
Very Impressed I recently visited Herb Connolly Acura in Framingham this past weekend for the first time regarding the Takata Airbag Recall that my vehicle was a par I recently visited Herb Connolly Acura in Framingham this past weekend for the first time regarding the Takata Airbag Recall that my vehicle was a part of. I called Thursday morning to make my appointment and was conveniently given multiple options for that Saturday. The scheduling alone was more convenient and seamless than my usual dealership that I frequent for service, Acura Prime in Walpole. I arrived at my appointment Saturday, was helped immediately by Kevin who walked me through the process, walked me to the waiting room and offered snacks/beverages. I was quoted an hour to an hour and a half for the service and my vehicle was completed at exactly an hour to include an exterior wash and interior vacuum. The service that I have received in the past at Prime in Walpole is nowhere near the service excellence provided by HC Acura. My usual experience at Prime is long waits to even been seen, vehicle maintenance taking two to three times as long as originally quoted (even for just an oil change), being unable to find a representative to assist with questions to be followed up with at times by rude/dismissive service. I will also say that the waiting room at Herb Connolly is considerably nicer and an overall more pleasant setting. I will definitely be visiting HC Acura for future service and will probably return to HC to purchase my next vehicle when my current lease is up versus Prime. More

Excellent This is the second time that I have brought my vehicle in for service and, once again, the experience was excellent. The multiple methods for booking This is the second time that I have brought my vehicle in for service and, once again, the experience was excellent. The multiple methods for booking made it convenient and they were able to accommodate my preferred time. I received notifications via text and email to remind me. The service was performed quickly and the car was delivered back to me with a complimentary wash. I waited in the showroom that was equipped w Starbucks Coffee and WiFi. They had offered a loaner vehicle if there was a need to keep my car for an extended period. Very easy. More
