We are very sorry for the problems. We had to address the roof problem with the antenna replacement which took longer than anticipated. Service also replaced a wheel bearing at that time. We brought a loaner vehicle to you and brought your car back for repairs to try to minimize your inconvenience. When the work on your car was completed, we drove your car back to you and picked up the loaner.
