Oil change... budget for 2+ hours I set a same day appointment where there were openings for an hour, upon setting the appointment I mentioned I was in a hurry and to do an express ser I set a same day appointment where there were openings for an hour, upon setting the appointment I mentioned I was in a hurry and to do an express service without a wash and was told I would be out within 45 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later I was informed that my car was going in for a wash/cleaning and at this point it was too late for me to stop it. 30+ minutes later I’m told the service team broke for lunch and didn’t finish my wash. Just over two hours later my car comes out only for me to find the car wasn’t washed it was simply wet. Bird poop was still on the hood and the windshield. Complete waste of time and a poor job done. I would not recommend unless you have absolutely nothing better to do than sit in a waiting room for a half xxx job. More

Top-Notch Service I recently had a lot of work done on my MDX. The entire process could not have gone more smoothly. Making the appointment was easy, the nighttime drop I recently had a lot of work done on my MDX. The entire process could not have gone more smoothly. Making the appointment was easy, the nighttime drop-off was very convenient and the car repairs were performed in a timely manner. My Service Advisor, Cindy, was great. She was very good at explaining to me what was going on with my car. She presented me with all of the options that I had and then it was up to me to choose. More

In particular, I deal with Cindy and have for the past 5 years. She moved away and I was worried my experience wouldn't be the same. During her absence, Kevin assisted me when I would come in and he is just as customer service focused. I went in two weeks ago and discovered Cindy was back!! So glad to see her. My car is getting old and I think about what I would get to replace it. The MDX is still at the top of the list because of them. More

Tire Replacement Question I was on vacation and ran over a nail damaging one of my tires on my 2016 RDX. I called a Service Representative regarding replacing the tire, the Service Rep provided clear guidance and saved me money by not advising me to replace more tires than was necessarily (I had looked online and had called a local dealer in Florida that had recommended replacing either two or all four tires). They sold me a pre-owned certified vehicle with multiple problems. Lets start with the hole in the roof. The antenna was somehow ripped off the car leaving a hole in the roof. The dealership reported knowing about the problem but sold it anyway. Then there was a bad wheel bearing at 27,000 miles, and they fought with me that nothing was wrong. Those were the big things, some small issues too. Hmmm how did those issues pass the 132 point certification checklist. For those looking at a pre-owned-check the roof! The only person who did not dismiss me as a "female" was Ethan Rowlson...great person to work with!! More
