I did not purchase a vehicle from you I have been getting both phone calls and emails thanking me for my recent purchase. I have used Herb Connolly Acura for servicing. When I got the fi I have been getting both phone calls and emails thanking me for my recent purchase. I have used Herb Connolly Acura for servicing. When I got the first phone call about the deal I thought it was just them calling the wrong number. Then I got a 2nd call, then a 3rd. I called and spoke to someone and was assured that "no, no one has purchased a car using your information" Now I'm still getting calls and emails on this. Maybe this will get someones attention as the excuse this is a marketing screw up does not fly. Since my information is in your system and it certainly looks like I purchased the vehicle I never purchased maybe I can get a call from a manager to get this corrected. In today's day and age with identity theft I know no longer buy this was a marketing mix up. Thank you for a timely response, Dan More

Worst customer service It started when I went to sign the papers, we had an agreed monthly payment amount and when I got there they raised the price by 140 a month ... they It started when I went to sign the papers, we had an agreed monthly payment amount and when I got there they raised the price by 140 a month ... they told me my car was 36500 when I went to sign I realized it said 38500 I asked why they didn't have an accurate answer ... then I went to pickup my car it had a paint chip on the door handle and the mirror wasn't always lighting up inside (this is a brand new 2018 car) .. I live an hour away from the dealer ... had to drive back to get it fixed ... I waited for 2 and a half hours and I checked to see how long it was going to be and they said sorry we didn't start your car we had no idea you were wAiting ... Ethan was well aware I was waiting and said it'd be done pretty quick ... he never passed on the news apparently ... just like when I pointed out the scratch he said we'll we did you a favor and paid off your car ... then when my chipped paint got fixed I noticed more scratches I pointed out weren't there by the handle ... they did it while fixing the handle and never fixed it....so he expected me to take a damaged car ... then they wanted me to drive back a third time they forgot to have me sign papers ... it goes on ... if I could give my keys back I would ... the only good experience was the service side manager he was great but as for the sales manager NOOO WAYYY!!!!! More

First service appointment I brought my car in for the first time yesterday morning. First of all, I was late due to traffic and was told, "No problem" when I arrived and asked I brought my car in for the first time yesterday morning. First of all, I was late due to traffic and was told, "No problem" when I arrived and asked if too late .My car was taken immediately and I decided to wait .Dale was great! I was offered coffee, water.. In less than an hour,my car was ready. It looked new again after being washed and vacuumed. I appreciate the friendly service and will be back . Thanks so much !
