We are sorry for any miscommunication. When your deal was being figured we assumed good credit but upon submission to the bank you did not qualify and necessitated adjustments to be able to get you financed. This was explained to you in the finance office at that time. Your son did notice a tiny chip in the door handle and we offered immediately to have that replaced, however as service was closed at that time you opted to have it done when you returned from vacation. When you returned, you had an additional issue with the passenger vanity light which was also immediately addressed. We work as expeditiously as possible to solve the problem but also to fix it completely and correctly. The need to resign the papers is fully our fault and we are very sorry - what happened was the incorrect code for your lender was entered on the original paperwork and that necessitated reprinting and resigning the documents.
