But I had a bad experience with a phone call before the service. I called service department for a question about an issue I have and extend warranty I have. No one willing to answer my question and keep transfer my phone call to someone else and at the end it transfer my call to voice mail. I left a voice mail but no one call me back. I called 3 times within the week and same situation and I left a voice mail and on one return my call. That was very frustrating and make me think this company only care for a customer who comes in and spent money. More
