Bad experience....i cannot recommend. After taking delivery of a used 2009 Toyota minivan, I became aware of the rear lift gate not staying up. I became aware of this immediately upon delivery of the vehicle and pointed it out to the ones that delivered the car. They suggested calling the dealer. After owning the car less than 30 minutes, I called the dealer and inquired about the lift gate problem and also a $350 charge on my paperwork labeled "registration". When I spoke with my salesperson, I was shocked when he told me that I bought a used car and no extended warranty, and these are the types of problems that go along with it. After asking to speak with his manager i was told to bring the car in the following Saturday and they would "see what they could do". Another trip to Framingham on Saturday and they told me that the lift gate struts needed to be replaced. $269 in parts and another $75 in labor, but they would split it with me. It seemed expensive to me, so I chose not to have it done. I then inquired about buying an extended warranty. They had their finance guy come out to talk with me and he quoted me $3200 for a 2 year bumper to bumper warranty. I've bought a few warranties in the past and knew this price was extremely high. The final straw was when I was told that the $350 'registration" charge was actually a vehicle delivery charge and it was an accurate charge. I made enough of an issue out of it that they agreed to refund me the $350, but i would have to wait for a check to be sent overnight on Monday. Fast forward a few days, I got my local mechanic to fix the lift gate struts for $75. I was able to buy a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty for $2100 and my check never showed up on Monday, or Tuesday or Wednesday. I did finally get the refund check on Thursday. This dealership tried everything they could to take advantage of me, fortunately i held strong and did not allow them to bully me. Very disappointed with the way they treated a new customer. I cannot and will not recommend this dealer to friends or family. More
Worst customer service that I have ever received! The salesman was extremely rude to me and treated me as if I wasn't a customer, never mind a human being. His only concern was receiving money from me and his only interest was making a sale. He become very aggressive when I told him that I did not want to finance the car of my choice. He began raising his voice each statement that he made. After making my choice, he was very invasive about my funds and asked me how much money I had in my wallet. I thought that was inappropriate. His customer service was terrible. I decided not to continue with purchasing the car. When I told him that I did not want the car, he again became very aggressive and told me not to come back to that dealership anymore. I would never recommend anyone to this dealership and to never purchase a car with Nick Mazzotta. James Pirkey was no better either. More

I was rear ended nearly 2 years ago and Herb Connolly also did that repair. They did a beautiful job and I can only hope that the outcome will be the same this time around. More

Repair that wasn't covered by extend warranty Car was in for service and a malfunction was found with the Electracal system .My extend warranty wouldn't cover water damage and thru the dealer and Car was in for service and a malfunction was found with the Electracal system .My extend warranty wouldn't cover water damage and thru the dealer and me we appealed to Acura Care and Honda Customer Service and Honda came to the rescue and took care of the one thousand dollar expense .The service manager and the service rep came thru for the customer 100%.
