Recall of air bags. Brought the car in to replace the air bags. Had oil change, tires rotated and transmission oil changed at the same time. I leased my car originally from a dealership in RI and bought it later. It is 11 years old and I intend to keep it as long as possible. The air bags were replaced, oil was changed tires were rotated and transmission oil didn't need to be changed. Car was returned to me clean. All this service for the price of an oil change. Amazing. Jake was my Service Advisor and I couldn't ask for anybody more courteous and professional. I wanted my blue tooth checked and he went out of his way to try to get it working. The unit was not working and the cost was too high to replace. I will definitely make my next service appointment with Herb Connolly Acura. More
Not a very good experience Saw vehicle on the internet, went to see it. 1 1-2 hours away , Bought it"great price" filled out finance paperwork and that whole process was 3 hour Saw vehicle on the internet, went to see it. 1 1-2 hours away , Bought it"great price" filled out finance paperwork and that whole process was 3 hours. and it went down hill from there. I was told I was allset with everything, I went back 2 days later. 1 1/2 hours again and just as I waked in the issues began, they had issues with bank and never called me to tell me . I was extremely upset at that point because I was already pre approved at my credit union for a great rate and they talked me into going with their bank.. so I left to make another appointment to do paperwork. I called the manager and told him I was going thru my credit union and bringing a check for the full amount on the following Saturday and I pinpointed a time. Because that's how they do it. Hours later that day they ran my credit 4 more times and I called back again to ask why and the finance department was never notified of my call. They ran my credit over 7 times with different banks and all is it took me was 1. So I still went back on Saturday against my will but the Acura MDX was for my wife who deserved it. Other 1 1/2 hour drive .. We got there 5 minutes early and I still had to wait over an hour to do the final paperwork. Complete chaos from start to finish. More

Service Rep was great! I brought the car in for an oil change. Jake was very courteous & professional. He asked about any issues I had with the car and I mentioned that one I brought the car in for an oil change. Jake was very courteous & professional. Car checkout prior to long roadtrip I purchased my TL-S here back in 2001. Every time I needed service, I brought the car back to have it performed here. The service has always been ex I purchased my TL-S here back in 2001. Every time I needed service, I brought the car back to have it performed here. The service has always been excellent and instills confidence when leaving that the repair/maintenance was done professionally and correctly. I appreciate the multi-point inspection they provide that informs you of their recommendations as to what needs done or may become a problem in the near future. Their pre-service price estimates are always spot on. The wash/vac bonus they provide even makes the experience sweeter. More
